Social Marketing for Behaviour Change

feat_022

Social marketing (not to be confused with “social media marketing/engagement”) is a unique process that applies marketing principles and techniques to create, communicate, and deliver value in order to influence target audience behaviours that benefit society. Using our tremendous international and national expertise in this area, we will develop a complete social marketing strategy and implementation plan for you, guaranteed to change attitudes , influence behaviour and surpass your goals. To aid in the process, we have developed the CEPSM social marketing workbook which assists us in developing social marketing plans and implementation strategies and tactics in a very short time frame. We cover all areas of social marketing including, health, environment, public safety and security, and a multitude of social issues dealing with children, youth, seniors and Gen X, Gen Y and Baby boomers.

Between 2005 and 2012 CEPSM has been involved with the planning, implementation and evaluation of social marketing projects for various clients. It has also trained hundreds of government and non-profit professionals in social marketing and marketing communications.
