Throughout his career, Trevor has focused his business, market, and operational development skills on helping organizations break-through to new services, new markets and new performance. Across many roles as a Market Director, Regulatory Strategist, Business Developer, Project Lead, Process Engineer and independent Business Analyst the task has always been the same: “help us get to the next level”. Armed with a fresh, independent view and passion for identifying breakthrough approaches, Trevor has helped address key challenges such as: breaking out of flat growth; creating relationship-building services and processes; bridging traditional and web strategy, developing service quality operations; overcoming barriers to rural services; and transforming monopoly services and operations.

Currently Trevor is applying his experience in setting measurable goals and re-engineering operations to help organizations harness the power of website and social media channels. Key to this is translating goals into relevant Web Analytics that can be measured.

These abilities come by way of broad range of assignments both as an employee for 18 years in large Telecom industry organizations and through 12 years of independent consulting and mentoring to a variety of new entrant, emerging and well established organizations operating in a wide spectrum of different private and public sector industries, markets, countries and continents.

Through these assignments, Trevor gained a significant amount of experience helping clients leverage the emerging Web communications technologies and channels such as; VoIP, IPTV, 3G, Website, Google (Search profile strategy), email, Newsletters, Blogs, Facebook Marketing and Twitter key works.
