The Centre of Excellence for Public Sector Marketing (CEPSM) is devoted to the advancement of strategic marketing and communications in governments, non-profits and associations. CEPSM was formed in 2005 and is comprised of a powerful team of full-time experts and associates. Our head office is located in Ottawa, Canada, however our work stretches across 5 continents.
